Terms and Conditions for Accommodation
Revised November 1, 2026
(Scope of Application)
Article 1
Contracts for accommodation and related agreements entered into between the Hotel and the Guest shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Matters not provided for herein shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations (including rules and regulations based thereon; the same shall apply hereinafter) and/or generally accepted practices.
2. Where the Hotel enters into a special agreement with the Guest insofar as such agreement does not violate applicable laws and regulations or generally accepted practices, that special agreement shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions notwithstanding the preceding paragraph.
(Application for Accommodation Contract)
Article 2
A person who intends to apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
(1) Name of the Guest(s).
(2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival.
(3) Accommodation Charges (based in principle on the Basic Accommodation Charge set forth in Attached Table No. 1).
(4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
2. A person who has applied for an Accommodation Contract shall, if requested by the Hotel to submit a guest register containing the Guest's name, address, contact information and other particulars, submit it promptly even after the Accommodation Contract has been concluded.
3. If a Guest requests, during the stay, to extend the stay beyond the date specified in Paragraph 1, Item (2), the Hotel shall treat the request as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time the request is made.
4. A Guest requiring special consideration or assistance in connection with an application for an Accommodation Contract is requested to notify the Hotel at the time of application. The Hotel will respond to such request to the extent reasonably possible.
5. Any costs incurred by the Hotel for special measures taken for the Guest based on the request in the preceding paragraph shall be borne by the Guest.
(Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
Article 3
An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel accepts the application referred to in the preceding Article.
2. If the Hotel posts an incorrect Accommodation Charge on an internet site or quotes an incorrect Accommodation Charge by telephone, and the Guest applies for accommodation and the Hotel accepts the application based on that incorrect charge, the Hotel may rescind the Accommodation Contract on the grounds that its acceptance was made under a mistake within the meaning of the Civil Code, where the quoted charge is significantly lower than the Accommodation Charges for surrounding dates and there is no indication or explanation such as "limited," "special," or "campaign" showing a reason for the lower charge.
3. The Hotel may contact the Guest at the contact information provided by the Guest on any day prior to the scheduled date of accommodation to confirm the reservation.
4. When an Accommodation Contract has been concluded in accordance with Paragraph 1, the Hotel may require the Guest to pay, by the date specified by the Hotel, an accommodation deposit set by the Hotel up to the amount of the Basic Accommodation Charge for the period of stay (or for three days when the period of stay exceeds three days).
5. The accommodation deposit shall first be applied to the Accommodation Charges ultimately payable by the Guest and, where Article 7 or Article 18 applies, shall then be applied to cancellation charges and damages, in that order. Any remaining balance shall be refunded at the time of payment under Article 13.
6. If the Guest fails to pay the accommodation deposit by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to Paragraph 4, the Accommodation Contract shall cease to be effective, provided that the Hotel informed the Guest of this consequence when specifying the payment due date for the deposit.
