Our Hotel Building: Open Image with White Tones

We have built the corridors to our rooms in a bright and open manner with white tones just like the entrance to our hotel.
The two elevators in our hotel always stop with the doors opening at the reception on floor three in order to prevent crime.
The guest rooms are located on floors four to nine.

Front

In order to support your stay, you can leave your luggage, make arrangements for courier services and reserve airport shuttle buses or taxis at the reception.

Vendor Room

Located on the right side of the elevator hall. We have vending machines (soft drinks and alcoholic beverages), microwave ovens, ice machines, and coin laundry machines.

Service

Wine server

We have a wine server at the front desk on the 3rd floor for the guests. Wine offered are subject to regular changes.

Bag check

Bags may be checked free of charge.For persons looking to enjoy a relaxing time shopping in Ginza, to tour Tokyo without their luggage, or who arrive early for business, bags may be checked at the hotel reception before check in or after check out (limited to day of check in / check out).

Laundry service

Please bring clothing you wish to be laundered to the reception on the third floor by 10:00 a.m. (Extra fee required for laundry service.)
Laundry service is not available on Sundays or national holidays. (Laundry service is also not available during the New Year’s and Obon holiday periods.)

An ice machine is available for guest use on the fourth floor (free of charge).

An Automated External Defibrillators is available at the reception on the third floor.

Coin operated laundry

There is a coin operated laundry with automatic detergent dispenser in the vendor room on the fourth floor.

A microwave is located in the vendor room on the fourth floor.

There is a FamilyMart directly in front of the hotel entrance.
